    Total file attachment storage per space is capped at 1 GB on the free plan.

    Web API calls are rate-limited to 10 requests per second, the same cap across all plans.

  • 2-week history retention

    Automation run history and row change history are only retained for 2 weeks on the free plan (1 year on Pro).

  • No SSO or authority matrix

    SSO, domain verification, and granular authority matrix (role-based field/record permissions) are locked to Business tier.

  • No custom app domain

    Custom domains for App Builder-powered portals are a Business-only feature.
