Gotchas
- 5 GB media storage cap
The free plan includes a one-time 5 GB pool for media (images, files, voice notes). Once filled, you must rely on the monthly 100 MB top-up or upgrade to Pro for unlimited file storage.
- Only 100 MB media added per month
After the initial 5 GB is consumed, free users receive only 100 MB of additional media storage per month, which can throttle media-heavy workflows.
- AI assistant is Pro-only
The AI assistant (Q&A over notes, auto-fill properties, chat) is locked to the Pro plan and additionally subject to a daily usage budget; bring-your-own API key is needed to bypass the daily limit.
- Calendar integration is Pro-only
Calendar integration / read-only calendar view is not available on the free plan.
- Readwise & Kindle import is Pro-only
Readwise sync and Kindle highlight import require a Pro subscription.
