- No AI Fields
AI Fields (enriching table data with AI) are a paid-plan feature and are unavailable on the free plan.
- Single user
The free plan allows only one user per account, limiting team collaboration despite table sharing being available.
- Two-step Zaps only
Free Zaps are limited to one trigger plus one action; multi-step Zaps require a paid plan, constraining how table data can be automated.
- 15-minute polling
Zaps with polling triggers check for updates every 15 minutes on the free plan; faster polling (down to 1 minute) requires a paid plan.
- Premium apps excluded
Some of the most popular apps are flagged premium and require a paid plan to use in Zaps connected to your tables.
