• Paused after 1 week idle

  Free projects are automatically paused after 1 week of inactivity and must be manually unpaused.

• 1 active project limit

  Only 1 project may be active at a time; additional projects must remain paused.

• 1 workspace member

  The free Starter plan allows only 1 workspace member, making team collaboration impossible without upgrading.

• 1 GB database storage

  Postgres database is capped at 1 GB; the Pro plan includes 10 GB.

• 1 GB file storage

  Object/file storage is limited to 1 GB on the free tier.

• 5 GB egress

  Network egress is capped at 5 GB per month; Pro includes 50 GB.

• 10 serverless functions

  Free tier includes only 10 serverless functions; Pro includes 50 with pay-as-you-go beyond.

• 1 GB-hour function execution

  Serverless function compute is limited to 1 GB-hour per month on the free plan.

• 10 sec max function execution time

  Individual function invocations are hard-killed after 10 seconds; Pro allows up to 180 seconds.

• No automated database backups

  Automated daily backups and point-in-time recovery are Pro-only features; free tier has no backup coverage.

• No custom domains

  Custom domains cost $10/project/month as a paid add-on and are not available on the free tier.

• No Grafana metrics or observability

  Managed Grafana for metrics and alerting is a Pro+ feature; free users get only basic logs.

• No SLA

  No uptime SLA is offered on the free Starter plan; 99.9% SLA requires Pro or higher.

• Community support only

  Free users receive community forum support only; email support requires a paid plan.

• No advanced GraphQL features

  Observability metrics, admin secret disabling, and query depth limiting are Team-tier GraphQL features not available on Starter.
